Vinification:
Maceration of the skins for about 10 days. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of about 29°C.
Refinement:
Aging in concrete tanks.
Tasting:
Intense ruby red color, the nose shows the typical hints of berries such as currants, blackberries and
strawberries, all surrounded by pleasant spicy gusts. Fresh, dry on the palate and with an excellent
body, it reveals an important but non-invasive tannic texture, essential for the smoothness of the sip
that advances, sure and enveloping, up to the spicy and slightly balsamic persistence.
Pairings:
A wine for savory dishes, it is exquisite with grilled red meat and aged cheeses.
